ABOUT

Attorney-mediator and educator Anne C. G. Campbell has been counseling individuals, entities, and families for over 25 years.  People are unique:  So are their conflicts.  Mediation can help parties to customize a solution that works in their unique situation.  Focusing on problem solving in a variety of contexts, Ms. Campbell founded Custom Dispute Resolutions to help address a critical need for timely and custom solutions to complex disputes.

WORST CASE SCENARIOS

Our litigation experience brings a unique perspective.  Understanding the dynamics of worst-case scenarios makes us uniquely qualified to keep you focused on navigating and working towards a custom solution to your dispute.  This custom solution may include identifying issues which need to be decided by the court and issues which can be addressed in a less litigious manner that is more likely to preserve ongoing relationships.

SOLUTIONS FOCUSED TRAINING

Ms. Campbell has completed over 80 hours of formal mediation training.  In 1996, she completed her first 40-hour mediation training in family and domestic mediation through CDR Associates.  In addition to her legal practice, she mediated and served as a court appointed Guardian ad Litem and Special Master in juvenile and domestic litigation matters.  She continually pursues opportunities to sharpen her skills and increase her substantive knowledge.  In 2022, she completed her second 40-hour mediation training taught by Judy Mares-Dixon which included elder mediation training.  Thereafter, she completed a three-day Decision-Making Capacity Symposium hosted by the Department of Justice and attended the Rocky Mountain Conference on Dementia.
Ms. Campbell maintains an active legal practice where she focuses on estate planning and issues relating to the elderly and disabled.  She also
conducts volunteer, court-ordered domestic mediations with high conflict families through the Turelli Foundation where she was recently named Panelist of the Year.  In addition to her doctorate in law, she has a degree in communication where she studied interpersonal, intercultural and group communication, argumentation and persuasion, and conflict studies.  These communication skills are the foundation of her success in navigating the legal and alternative dispute resolution professions.
Custom Dispute Solutions is dedicated to using its training and experience
to help you negotiate a custom solution to your dispute.
