When it is important, emotions run high.  I experienced this first-hand as my mother's Medical Power of Attorney navigating her care during the COVID pandemic.  Mom suffered from the often misdiagnosed and misunderstood cognitive disease - Lewy Body Dementia.  (Robin Williams also suffered with LBD.)  As an attorney, mediator, and educator, I was profoundly impacted by seeing first-hand our system's limitations managing the needs of society's most vulnerable in a timely, respectful manner.  This experience was the genesis of Custom Dispute Solutions.  We are dedicated to helping clients who find themselves in emotionally charged conflicts find custom solutions to their challenges, and we teach other meditators, attorneys, and related professionals how to do the same.
